We will gladly exchange the product for the correct size should the item not fit your dog. Returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. Please make sure that items are unused and in original condition and packaging.

We do not accept responsibility if your returns do not reach us therefore please post returns recorded mail so your goods can be tracked if necessary.

Please note that our policy is to either exchange or offer a credit note for future purchases. We do not grant refunds. Please double check your sizing against our size charts before making a purchase.
